Revenue management does not have to be reserved for large chains with full-time teams. Asking the same questions in the same order each week can expose important changes in 20 minutes. The goal is not to inspect every detail but to find where action is needed.
First 5 minutes: upcoming dates
Review the next 30 days by stay date. Mark dates where demand accelerates but rates do not, weekends that lag, and isolated one-night gaps. Look for date-level breaks rather than only total occupancy.
Next 10 minutes: channel and rate
- Which channel produces sales and which only views?
- Are there unexplained rate gaps between similar dates?
- Is inventory open on one channel but closed on another?
Final 5 minutes: money and ownership
Check for pending payments, unmatched reservations, missing rates or invoice requests. Give every finding one owner and due date. The result should be a short action list, not another report.
Reservoria brings four views into one panel: upcoming dates, rates and occupancy, channel performance and finance. Teams see what needs attention and why, without needing access to internal calculation methods.
