Everything you need to know about the Visibility Booster

The Visibility Booster temporarily raises your commission rate so you appear higher in search results on the dates and in the markets you choose. It's one of the fastest ways to fill your empty rooms.

How does it work?

OTAs (Booking.com, etc.) determine ranking based on many factors, such as the value offered to the guest and the platform's earnings. When you raise your commission, your property becomes more visible for your chosen date range and target market — meaning it appears in more search results and higher up. That translates into more clicks and bookings.

  1. Choose your dates — the period you want to boost visibility for (e.g. low season, days left empty).
  2. Set your target — the whole world or a specific country/market.
  3. Adjust the commission — slide the bar to pick the new rate. The more you raise it, the more you stand out.

How much does it cost?

There is no additional fixed fee. The higher commission applies only to bookings that come in on the dates you've selected. If no booking comes in, there's no extra cost — so it's risk-free. When the period ends, your commission returns to its previous rate.

When should you use it?

  • During off-season periods when occupancy is low.
  • To fill specific days left empty on your calendar.
  • To help a newly opened or newly listed property gain momentum.
  • To attract more guests from a specific market (e.g. Germany, the Netherlands).

Tips for the best results

  • Complete your property page fully (photos, description, amenities) — completed pages benefit most from a visibility boost.
  • Make sure your pricing and availability are competitive with your rivals.
  • Try a short period first, track the results in Analytics, and then decide.

How do I get started?

Go to the Visibility tab in your dashboard, select dates + target + the new commission rate, and hit “Boost visibility.” Your request reaches us, our team applies it on the OTAs, and you can track its status from the dashboard.
