Since 2021 we've built AI-powered channel management and a property-management platform for short-term rentals and boutique hotels — pricing, availability, guest experience and reporting in one place.

Our story

It all started with two simple questions: "Why is managing one property across so many channels this hard? And why can no one but the big chains price with data?"

Our founders — hosts themselves — built Reservoria so independent operators could compete with the same weapons as corporate brands. Today, leading short-stay operators manage their bookings, prices and guests from a single dashboard.
