When you work with multiple people and properties, the question "who changed this price?" comes up often. Audit logs record every important action in the system with who-what-when detail.
What gets logged?
- Price and availability changes.
- Booking actions (creation, moving, cancellation).
- Settings and user/permission changes.
- Configuration actions such as connecting/disconnecting channels.
What is it good for?
- Transparency — it clarifies responsibility within the team.
- Error tracking — you find out who made an incorrect change and when, then fix it quickly.
- Owner trust — management companies provide owners with a traceable record.
Using the logs
- Open the audit logs section in the dashboard.
- Filter by user, date or action type.
- In the detail of a given entry, see the previous and new value.
