Channel troubleshooting

Below are the most common situations with channel integrations and their quick fixes. If your issue isn't here, our team is happy to help.

Availability isn't updating on a channel

  • Check from the panel that the channel's connection is active.
  • Make sure the rooms are mapped correctly (see Room mapping).
  • Always make changes from the Reservoria panel; changes made in the channel's own panel can lead to conflicts.

A double booking (overbooking) occurred

Having all channels connected and mapped largely prevents overbooking. Even so, if a conflict happens, Reservoria's Overbooking resolution suggests the lowest-cost solution. Always add reservations you take outside the platform (by phone, etc.) to the calendar.

Connection dropped / authorization error

  • If you changed your OTA account password, you may need to re-authorize the connection.
  • Make sure your property account on the channel is active.
  • Removing and re-adding the connection resolves most authorization issues.

Prices don't match

Some channels may add their own commission/tax difference to the price. Check that your base price is correct in the panel and that no channel-specific rule is being applied. Price sync isn't performed on channels connected via iCal — only availability is transferred.

Still not resolved

If the problem persists, reach out to our support team and specify the channel involved and what you're experiencing. If possible, share a screenshot and the reservation number.
