Reservoria's power comes from bringing all your sales channels together in a single panel. Once you connect your channels, your rates, availability, and reservations stay automatically in sync across every platform.
Which channels can I connect?
Reservoria supports the major OTAs and calendar sources: Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda, Tripadvisor, Google Vacation Rentals, as well as iCal links and Excel/CSV imports. For the full list of supported channels, see the Supported channels article.
Connection steps
- Go to the Channels section in the panel and select the platform you want to add.
- Authorize your account — connect using your property/business account on the relevant OTA.
- Map your rooms — match the room/unit types on the channel to your room types in Reservoria (see Room mapping).
- Verify the sync — after the first synchronization, check that rates and availability transferred correctly.
What happens after connecting?
- A reservation coming from one channel automatically closes the relevant dates on all channels.
- Rate/availability changes you make in the panel are distributed to all connected channels.
- All your reservations are gathered into a single list.
Tip
Connect the channel that brings you the most reservations first and verify the sync, then add the others. If you run into trouble, the Channel troubleshooting article can help.
