If you work with more than one person, not everyone needs access to everything. With Reservoria's role-based access control (RBAC), you give each team member only the permissions they need to do their job.
Why use roles?
- Security — you limit access to sensitive areas (pricing, finance).
- Clarity — everyone focuses on their own area of responsibility.
- Traceability — who changed what is visible in the audit logs.
Typical role examples
- Administrator — access to all settings and financial data.
- Operations/Front Desk — booking and calendar management, with limited price-change rights.
- Revenue/Pricing — price and availability management.
- Viewer — only sees reports, cannot make changes (e.g. a property owner).
Assigning roles
- Invite the team member from the dashboard.
- Select the appropriate role or customize their permissions.
- If you have more than one property, specify which properties the person can access.
Tip
Apply the principle of least privilege: give each person only the access they need. When your team changes, remove the access of departing users promptly.
