Owner portal and reporting

For property management companies, giving owners regular, reliable reporting is important but time-consuming. The owner portal automates this process: the owner sees their own property's data transparently.

What does the owner see?

  • Occupancy — their own property's calendar and occupancy status.
  • Revenue — a periodic revenue and performance summary.
  • Payout — their own earnings and deduction information.

The owner is given view-only access; they cannot change operational settings (see User roles).

Benefits

  • Trust — the owner sees the data themselves; the "when is the report coming?" back-and-forth ends.
  • Time savings — no need to prepare reports manually.
  • Transparency — all figures come from a single, consistent source.

Setup

  1. Invite the property owner with the viewer role for the relevant property/properties.
  2. Make sure the owner only has access to their own property's data.
  3. Decide which reports/fields you want to share.

For the complete multi-property setup, see the Multi-property management article.
