Your room types and prices directly shape how guests see your property. Once you set them up correctly in the panel, they're automatically reflected across all your channels.
Adding a room type
- Define the room type — e.g. Standard Double, Deluxe Suite, Family Room.
- Set the capacity — how many adults/children can stay.
- Check the amenities — view, balcony, kitchen, air conditioning, etc.
- Enter the count — how many rooms/units of this type are available.
Setting prices
Enter a base nightly price for each room type. On top of that, you can add season, weekend, or special-period prices:
- Season prices — separate rates for high and low season.
- Weekday / weekend — differentiate based on demand.
- Minimum stay — a minimum number of nights for certain periods.
- Discounts — early booking, last minute, or long-stay discounts.
Tips
- Make sure your prices are competitive with similar properties in your area.
- Flexing your price during empty periods can boost occupancy.
- Update from a single point in the panel so changes are reflected across all channels.
