Managing reservations

No matter which channel they come from, all your reservations are gathered into a single list in your panel. That way you track your guests, dates, and revenue from one place.

What's in the reservation details?

  • Guest name and contact details.
  • Check-in and check-out dates and the number of nights.
  • Room type and number of guests.
  • Which channel it came from (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Total amount and payment status.

Reservation statuses

  • Confirmed — the guest is coming; the dates are blocked on your calendar.
  • Checked in — the guest has settled into the property.
  • Completed — the stay has ended.
  • Cancelled — the reservation was cancelled; the dates are back up for sale.

Tips for a great guest experience

  • Keep new reservation notifications on so you never miss one.
  • Before arrival, send the guest directions and check-in information.
  • After the stay, gently remind them to leave a review — reviews boost your ranking.
