Two-way sync Global

On the Booking.com connection availability, rates and stay restrictions go out from your panel; reservations, modifications and cancellations land back in it. One calendar, two-way flow.

What goes out and comes back on this connection

Panel to channel

  • Availability
  • Nightly rate
  • Stay restrictions

Channel to panel

  • New reservation
  • Date/room modification
  • Cancellation

What you should know

  • We do not ask for your password. The connection is set up by defining a separate user for us in your extranet; you keep using your own login and two-factor authentication. We send the exact user details through the panel during onboarding.
  • The moment a booking lands, only the affected nights are pushed to every channel — the checkout day counts as free, so no needless update is sent.
  • Booking's listing page sits behind a bot wall, so listing import does not work on this channel. You enter your property details once in the panel, or import them from another channel's listing.

Frequently asked

What if two-factor authentication is on?
Because we are added as a user, we never use your login; your own two-factor authentication can stay switched on.
What if I change the rate both on Booking and in the panel?
The calendar is the single source: what the panel says goes to the channel. A manual change on the channel side is overwritten on the next push.

Shall we connect this channel?

If your property is registered there, we set up the mapping; it first runs in comparison mode and goes live once the numbers line up.

Connecting a channel depends on the property's own account and contract with it. · Contact us
