There are two practical ways to move channels without a direct integration, or your existing data, into Reservoria: an iCal link and Excel/CSV import.
Availability sync with iCal
iCal is a standard link that lets calendars share availability with one another. By adding a channel's iCal link to Reservoria, you can have the booked dates from that channel reflected in your calendar.
- Copy your property's iCal export link from the relevant channel.
- Import this link into the calendar of the relevant room in the Reservoria panel.
- If you like, set up two-way sync by also adding Reservoria's iCal link to that channel.
Note: iCal only carries availability information; prices and guest details are not transferred. For price sync, a direct OTA connection is recommended.
Bulk import with Excel / CSV
You can import your existing reservations or price tables in bulk using an Excel/CSV file. This is ideal for bringing your historical data over when you first switch to Reservoria.
- Make sure the column headers match the expected format.
- Enter dates in a consistent format (e.g. DD.MM.YYYY).
- Review and verify your calendar after the import.
Which one to use, and when?
- Direct OTA connection — best for prices + availability + reservations.
- iCal — for syncing the availability of channels that aren't directly supported.
- Excel/CSV — for moving historical data over in one go when you migrate.
