Commission is the service fee you pay for reservations made through Reservoria. It is calculated only on completed reservations — you pay nothing for rooms that stay empty.
What is commission calculated on?
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the reservation's sale amount. The rate is specific to your property and is set out in Annex 1 of your contract; you can see the rate and amount applied to each booking in your dashboard. If a reservation is cancelled, no payout arises.
When is commission calculated?
- The guest completes the reservation.
- The stay takes place; if it is cancelled, no payout arises.
- The service fee is not invoiced to you separately; it is collected by being offset against your payout.
- The payout is paid on the second Monday following the check-out date, together with the reconciliation for that day; you then invoice Reservoria for that payout.
Visibility Booster commission
When you use the Visibility Booster, the increased commission applies only to reservations that come in on the dates you select. When the period ends, your rate returns to its previous level. There is no additional fixed fee.
