Payment methods (ResPays)

ResPays offers the methods that make it easiest for your guests to pay. You manage all your collections in one place and track transactions and payouts from the dashboard.

Supported methods

  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Troy.
  • Installment — installment payment on eligible cards.
  • Payment link — a secure payment link that can be sent to the guest via WhatsApp or email.
  • QR code — fast collection at the front desk or remotely.

Sending a payment link

  1. Enter the amount and currency on the dashboard and create a payment link.
  2. Send the link to the guest via WhatsApp or email.
  3. The guest clicks the link and completes the payment on a secure page.
  4. When the payment is complete, the transaction appears as "successful" on the dashboard.

A payment link is ideal for collecting payment at the door/remotely and for reservation prepayments.

Multi-currency

You can collect payments in TRY, EUR, USD and GBP. Accepting payment from your foreign guests in their own currency reduces conversion losses and increases the payment completion rate.

Tracking transactions

You can view all your collections, their statuses and your payouts from the dashboard. A commission is charged only on completed transactions. For ResPays' overall model, see the What is ResPays? article.
