ResFlow is a collection flow built for tourism. Under Rackle Tech Travel Agency's TÜRSAB-licensed travel-agency model, it manages accommodation collections from one panel by card, eligible installments, payment link or QR code.
What kind of model is it?
ResFlow operates through a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency model. Guest payments are collected in the agency's capacity, over licensed payment/e-money infrastructure. This means you don't have to apply for your own POS terminal.
Legal note: Reservoria/ResFlow is not a payment service provider and is not an institution licensed or supervised by the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB). Payments are collected in the capacity of a TÜRSAB-licensed agency, over licensed infrastructure.
Which payment methods does it offer?
- Card payments — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Troy.
- Installment options.
- Payment link — can be sent via WhatsApp or email.
- QR code collection.
- Multi-currency — TRY, EUR, USD, GBP.

What does it cost?
The ResFlow transaction fee is separate from the Reservoria service fee applied to new sales generated by Reservoria. Your current terms are shown during application and in your agreement.
