Setting up ResPays is short and simple. Once you complete the online application and approve the agency agreement, you can start collecting payments from your guests.
Application steps
- Fill out the online application form — it takes a few minutes.
- Approve the agency agreement — the standard agreement that allows payments to be collected through the TÜRSAB-licensed agency model.
- Enter your business and payout details — including the account where payments will be transferred.
- Activation — after approval, your ResPays account becomes available to use.

- Your business/company details.
- The bank account details where collected amounts will be transferred.
- Contact details for the authorized person.
After activation
Once your account is active, you can collect payments via payment link, QR and card, and track your transactions and payouts from the dashboard. A commission is charged only on completed transactions; there is no monthly fee.
