The Reservoria calendar brings the occupancy of all your channels together in a single view. A room sold on one channel is automatically closed on the others, so the risk of double booking (overbooking) is kept to a minimum.
What can you do with the calendar?
- See availability — which room is booked/free on which date, at a glance.
- Open/close rooms — close specific dates for maintenance, renovation, or personal use.
- Update inventory — set how many rooms are open for sale on a given date.
- Minimum stay — set a minimum-nights rule for busy periods.
How does synchronization work?
Every availability change you make in the panel is sent to all connected channels. Likewise, a reservation coming in from an OTA automatically deducts the relevant dates across all channels. This way you don't have to update each platform separately.
Tips for preventing overbooking
- Always make availability changes from the Reservoria panel.
- Make sure all your active channels are connected and up to date.
- Add reservations you take outside the platform (by phone/in person) to the calendar so the relevant dates close.
