Reservoria offers plans that scale with your number of properties and your needs. You can start small and move up to a higher plan as your portfolio grows. Pricing works on a per-property, per-month basis.
Plans
- Starter — for small businesses (up to a few properties): multi-channel management, basic dynamic pricing, email support.
- Growth — for growing portfolios: everything in Starter + AI Boost, digital guidebooks, owner portal, 24/7 support.
- Pro — for unlimited properties and enterprise needs: everything in Growth + API access, bulk CSV operations, custom integrations, a dedicated success manager and SLA.
How is pricing determined?
The exact price is set during a demo call based on your number of properties and your needs. You can start for free, try it without a credit card, and upgrade as you grow. There are no hidden fees, and you can cancel anytime.
Are AI Boost and ResPays separate?
- AI Boost comes in two models: commission-only (no fixed fee) or a low fixed fee + a lower commission.
- ResPays is the payments side; it is separate from your subscription and works on a per-transaction commission (see What is ResPays?).
